| Life Explored is a counselling and lifeskills education practice. Our individual counselling foci are recovery from grief, anger management, selfesteem building, overcoming anxiety and separation issues. We offer relationship counselling for couples (including gay and lesbian couples) and premarriage education programmes. Our premarriage programme and many of our lifeskills courses are also available as interactive eBooks on CDs. | |

John Carroll BA, Cert Teach, Grad Dip Counselling, CMCAPA John came to counselling from a marriage preparation and relationship education background as well as having extensive experience in working with people experiencing grief and loss. John often counsels men and women recovering from abuse and those wanting to manage anger and overcome anxiety. Using CBT, he specializes in lifeskills coaching and education and in relationship counselling. John is a clinical member of the Counsellors and Psychotherapists Association of NSW (CAPA). |
